Mission

The mission of the Spencer Leadership Conference is to provide a unique opportunity for sophomores to enhance personal and public leadership skills in the pursuit of lifelong excellence in diverse environments.

Learning Outcomes

Through planning and participation, MSC Spencer Leadership Conference directors and delegates will accomplish the following objectives:

• Directors will develop event planning and management skills
• Students will enhance their written and verbal communication skills.
• Students will gain a practical and theoretical understanding of ethics and morality and their relationship to group and organizational leadership.
